where did the name g'pettoe come from?

Anonymous sources tell us the name originated from G'pettoe, the puppet master. G'Pettoe believes he is God-like in a human vessel. The reference to the puppet master comes from the idea that G'pettoe's something greater, controlling his body like a puppet.
